Black concave semi arches in the concrete walls will bear a code for Uranium atom. 92 protons, 92 electrons, and 143 neutrons will be inlayed with smalti (mosaic glass). Each semi arch will have either 92 red dots or 143 blue dots inlayed in them representing full structure of Uranium atom.
