This film tells the story of Australia’s very own detention camp
for Jews. Based on the infamous deportation from Great Britain of 2000
persons of German descent (who turned out to be mostly Jewish) to a detention
camp in Australia. THE DUNERA BOYS is the dynamic drama of their internment
for most of the war years in an isolated area of Australia’s Outback.
