Introduction

Welcome to the 9th annual Las Vegas Jewish Film Festival, the longest running, most popular film festival in Nevada. The Jewish Film Festival utilizes the art of film to provide cultural enrichment, promote community collaboration, engage the unaffiliated, and offer educational outreach to the Jewish and non-Jewish community by enhancing awareness and appreciation of the diverse nature of Jewish identity, history and culture.

The Jewish Film Festival is also purposed to raise greater consciousness about the Jewish Family Service Agency’s efforts to contend with the extraordinary social issues confronting our neighbors, friends and families.

Utilizing art as a catalyst for social service activity, all donations received to support the Jewish Film Festival will also support the Jewish Family Service Agency, a comprehensive, non-sectarian, social service agency. The JFSA through grants and donations provides food, jobs, counseling, emergency aid, adoption, indigent burials, Holocaust Survivor support and educational outreach through the Holocaust Resource Center. All this is achieved by dedication to the highest values of our shared humanity manifested in respect for the dignity and viability of every individual.

Your participation is our greatest resource!
